This fancy upscale cabin houses the owner of Oakland. You can stop be for a visit or chat whenever you'd like.

The Oakland Estate was once the home of the owners of Oakland.
In the late 90's it was converted to a banquet hall.

Trails run all around the back area of the Oakland property.
The trails wind through fields, forests, and up a small mountain.
If you have a steady mount you can ride these whenever you'd like.

All the files, papers, and documents having anything to do with Oakland are kept here.
New staff should come here before doing anything.
The owner runs this place, and keeps it very organized.

The rooms in the housing area are actually very nice. They are big enough for two, but most jockeys, trainers, and barn owners chose to live alone.
Each room sports a double bed, a computer desk, chair, computer, phone, and T.V.

What's not to like about the lounge? Comfy leather chairs and couches dot the area. A few warm carpets cover the floors. There is a fire place, a big screen T.V, and a few paintings hanging around. A sound system for playing music completes the party area. All in all it is a nice place.

The cafe is a nice place to go eat. There are a few waiters and chefs, but you can always just go fix yourself something to eat. There are a few tables and chairs for you to eat on, or you could go out onto the patio to eat.

This is a area within the stable that contains the stalls. All the horses are kept here.

The storage room contains all the tack and feed anyone needs to use.
This private area is where alot of confronting goes on.

All the horses have a pasture to go to, so they don't spend all day in their stalls. Every pasture has healthy green grass, hay bales, and a water bucket.

All horses, great and terrible need to practice. The training track is where all the horses exersise, and stay in shape for the racing season.

The track is where all the action happens. This is the place every horse works to get to.
This is where it all unfolds. Weather you make it or break it, who knows?

This is where all the spectators sit and watch the race as it unfolds.

If your one of the lucky ones you will get to this area. Bushes with bright flower dot the edge of this semi-circle area. The crowd roars whenever a horse enters this area.

Everyone has to eat, and buy clothes, and supplies right? Well the General Store has everything you need. Weather it's fast food to gourmet dishes. Old rags, to designer duds. It's got it all.

Seeing as racing is a rather dangerous sport, there are bound to be some injuries. Thankfully a hospital is located near by.

Even horses get there colds. Dr. Barns vet office is located close by, for any unexpected problems.

Need some feed, new saddle, new bridle? Well the town's tack shops got it for you.

After a day of races, who wouldn't want to celebrate the success with a drink (if your legal) and some dancing.
